Does it hurt?
Not very much - most clients describe a warm feeling rather than a sharp sting.
How long is a session?
From 10 minutes for a small area up to around 40 minutes for a larger one.
How many sessions?
We recommend 8–10 sessions, spaced about 4 weeks apart.
Permanent?
Laser is a permanent hair reducer - it significantly and lastingly reduces hair growth over your course of sessions.
Is laser right for you?
Laser works best on lighter skin with darker hair. It's less effective on darker skin tones, and it cannot treat red or very blonde hair.
Not a candidate for laser? Electrolysis is the only true permanent hair removal, and it works on every skin colour and every hair colour - including red, grey and blonde.

Is it permanent?
Laser is a permanent hair reducer - it lastingly reduces hair over your course of sessions. For truly permanent removal on any hair or skin type, electrolysis is the option.
Do I need to shave first?
Yes - shave the area before your appointment, but don't wax or pluck, as the hair root needs to be intact.
Can I have laser on darker skin, or on blonde/red hair?
Laser works best on lighter skin with darker hair. For darker skin, or red and very blonde hair, we recommend electrolysis instead.
Do you patch test?
Yes. Every new client has a consultation and a patch test before the first session.
